The service department went out of their way to help get our car warranty people to okay and pay for the work needed. They did a good job of repairing the problem. The car is running fine but electrical things weren’t working well, ie., driver seat presets and radio presets. It took some work to get those things reset.

After finding out my car would need to be there all day... I was not told this when I made the appointment... I was called at 3 PM and told I needed to pay for lug nuts for my wheels (75.********) which I had never had to do before. I asked what was the reason and was told they had "frozen on" and " we were seeing this more and more". The last service done on the car was at Martens. You have lost me as a customer.

Dropped my Sierra 2500HD for oil change, fuel filter change, and four tire pressure sensors and tire rotation. Had a vibration beginning at 60mph and as long as the wheels were off for rotation, they were all balanced. This was a good decision as it eliminated the vibration. As always, I was pleased with the maintenance team efforts to service my vehicle and keep costs reasonable.

Got the latest fuel injection update for my 2023 GMC Canyon done in less than a hour.. Now if GM could get a fix for the heads-up display for my truck. Works about half the time since they did the full module update last fall. Maybe GMshould get me some type of free service due to it not working on. $53k truck.

I had my oil changed and the tires rotated, that went well. Unfortunately, the mechanic working on my car chose to hold the door open with his foot while possibly putting in the reminder sticker/resetting the computer. My husband and I happened to be walking back from lunch and seen it, checked when we got in the car and there was a boot print on the inside of the door that I had to clean off. Had two other concerns, there seems to be a connectivity issue that happens periodically and then my hatch has failed to open twice now. I asked about those but have to make another appointment for that which isn’t easy to do with my schedule. I will try to get that appt set up soon.

We took advantage of GM's tire replacement special. Although I usually purchase replacement tires online and take my vehicle to an installer, the GM special gave me the opportunity to purchase tires at a competitive price and have them installed at my favorite dealership. I left the vehicle at the dealership in the morning, and the work was completed for me in the early afternoon. I really appreciated the way the service personnel scheduled and performed the work to fit my schedule.
