The Henry Martens dealership has performed all maintenance on my vehicles for many years now. Their employees are friendly, helpful and skillful at repairing and servicing my vehicles. I also appreciate the notices I receive when it's time for needed service and the professionalism demonstrated by all the employees.

Service department was personable, fast and great

I was shocked that you charged me $75 to change out windshield wiper blades. I'll never have you change anything out that I can do myself. That's ridiculous.

Took the vehicle in on time and finished about when I expected. I like the status sheet I get with my oil change. It helps plan ahead for tires, brakes, etc.

Stoped to make an appointment for a recall. They checked the recall and asked if I had 45 minutes to spare. They had it completely done and me out the door in forty minutes. Outstanding service by the techs snd the service writers, Mark. Thanks Norm

I arrived somewhat early. They were able to take me in right away. Performed the oil change and tire rotation in a timely manner and I was on my way.

The service department went out of their way to help get our car warranty people to okay and pay for the work needed. They did a good job of repairing the problem. The car is running fine but electrical things weren’t working well, ie., driver seat presets and radio presets. It took some work to get those things reset.

Due to an illness I had come down with, my wife had to take the truck in for service this time. They treated her respectfully and everything got done as promised, greatly easing my concerns.

Good service on my car. But while waiting in showroom. An employee started a red sport car right behind me which was so loud scared me and another customer so bad. Now I have tinnitus in my left ear. Not happy about that. Having to visit a doctor now.

Great service and great customer service

After finding out my car would need to be there all day... I was not told this when I made the appointment... I was called at 3 PM and told I needed to pay for lug nuts for my wheels (75.********) which I had never had to do before. I asked what was the reason and was told they had "frozen on" and " we were seeing this more and more". The last service done on the car was at Martens. You have lost me as a customer.

Dropped my Sierra 2500HD for oil change, fuel filter change, and four tire pressure sensors and tire rotation. Had a vibration beginning at 60mph and as long as the wheels were off for rotation, they were all balanced. This was a good decision as it eliminated the vibration. As always, I was pleased with the maintenance team efforts to service my vehicle and keep costs reasonable.

It is like coming home. Everyone is personal when greeted and the service is beyond excellent, and explained in understandable terms. The care of the car is as if they owned it.

I was in the shop for my 45,000 mile check-up for my 2012 Buick Enclave. Everything was found to be great, and the only thing I needed was a passenger compartment air filter. I've always trusted the local Chevy/Olds dealership for repairs to my vehicles.

Got the latest fuel injection update for my 2023 GMC Canyon done in less than a hour.. Now if GM could get a fix for the heads-up display for my truck. Works about half the time since they did the full module update last fall. Maybe GMshould get me some type of free service due to it not working on. $53k truck.

As usual, everyone was cordial and helpful, they explained everything and kept us informed of the specific details on the work needed and the amount necessary to get the job done. Quick and professional

I had my oil changed and the tires rotated, that went well. Unfortunately, the mechanic working on my car chose to hold the door open with his foot while possibly putting in the reminder sticker/resetting the computer. My husband and I happened to be walking back from lunch and seen it, checked when we got in the car and there was a boot print on the inside of the door that I had to clean off. Had two other concerns, there seems to be a connectivity issue that happens periodically and then my hatch has failed to open twice now. I asked about those but have to make another appointment for that which isn’t easy to do with my schedule. I will try to get that appt set up soon.

I brought my car into the dealership to have my oil changed. While I was there, I was informed that my wiper blades needed to be replaced. This is the reason I bring my car here! They let you know if you need something other than what you're there for. I do not believe this to be an upsell!

Mark and Patrick in the Auto Service Dept are most excellent. They go out of their way to ensure you are taken care of in the most professional manner. Mike who provides the rides to your home or place of work when your auto is having service is the best and most friendly gentlemen you will meet. The super nice ladies up front in the admin section where you pay for your service are truly amazing and I absolutely love my conversations with lots of laughter. We took advantage of GM's tire replacement special. Although I usually purchase replacement tires online and take my vehicle to an installer, the GM special gave me the opportunity to purchase tires at a competitive price and have them installed at my favorite dealership. I left the vehicle at the dealership in the morning, and the work was completed for me in the early afternoon. I really appreciated the way the service personnel scheduled and performed the work to fit my schedule.

Awesome service experience

Every time I have needed to go for advice or maintenance on my Savana 2020 van, I received excellent treatment, and advice. Mark’s knowledge, and his personality are above and beyond any service manager that I have encountered in my 60 years of vehicle ownership. The entire place, service, parts, and the front desk ladies are superb. I have never encountered a dealership so well operated in all my life, which includes many different locations due to my 20 years of military service.
